Todays discovery
So I believe based on what I am seeing. Container resources need to be spelled out for cpu and memory. Otherwise the container will not pull its required resources and make it pretty much unusable. I havent found anything online to back this up. I am just going from what I have experienced trying to get Jellyfin working correctly. I also had the same issue with plex.
It is interesting to see the amount of detail that needs to go into this. If you dont spell it out, it doesnt assume like docker. It will curtail the performance of an app.
